Do you take insurance?

I am partnered with The Lactation Network (TLN) who takes some insurance plans. If your insurance plan is accepted by TLN, TLN bills your insurance and covers your appointments with me 100%; you never pay any amount amount-of-pocket. You can contact TLN here to see if they accept your insurance and then book your appointment with me.

TLN accepts most Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, Cigna PPO, United Health Care Commercial Plans, Humana PPO, and VA CCN (Veterans Affairs Community Care Network) plans as well as most plans that utilize MultiPlan and PNOA. Please note that PNOA and MultiPlan logos will appear alongside other payers on the medical insurance card.

What if TLN does not accept my insurance?

If you are not covered through TLN, you pay me directly for the consultation (self pay). I provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Always check with your insurance ahead of time to know what your coverage is.

What is your payment policy?

A credit card is required when booking to secure your appointment. Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Accepted forms of payment include all major credit cards, cash, check or venmo.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment, and your credit card will not be charged. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be charged the entire fee for the appointment, and your appointment will be re-scheduled to another time.
